摘要
目的探讨胃黏膜钙黏附蛋白E(E-cadherin)、肝细胞生长因子受体(c-Met)在慢性胃炎中的表达及意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年11月在我院治疗的慢性胃炎患者88例,同时选取30例正常胃黏膜者作为对照组,采用免疫组化染色法检测E-cadherin、c-Met表达。结果慢性胃炎组胃黏膜E-cadherin阳性表达率为73.86%,明显低于对照组,而c-Met阳性表达率为65.91%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度患者胃黏膜E-cadherin阳性表达率为38.10%,明显低于轻度和中度患者,而c-Met阳性表达率为95.24%,明显高于轻度和中度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度患者胃黏膜E-cadherin阳性表达率为72.97%,明显低于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性胃炎不同性别、年龄患者胃黏膜E-cadherin、c-Met阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胃黏膜E-cadherin、c-Met表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论慢性胃炎胃黏膜E-cadherin表达下调,而c-Met表达上调,与疾病病情程度有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of calcium adhesion protein E(E-cadherin)and hepatocyte growth factor receptor(c-Met)in chronic gastritis.Methods 88 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected,and 30 normal gastric mucosa patients were selected as the control group,the expression of E-cadherin and c-Met were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in gastric mucosa of chronic gastritis group was 73.86%,which was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of c-Met was 65.91%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in severe patients was 38.10%,whichwas significantly lower than that in mild and moderate patients(P<0.05),while the positive expression rate of c-Met was 95.24%,whichwas significantly higher than that in mild and moderate patients(P<0.05);The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in gastric mucosa of moderate patients was 72.97%,whichwas significantly lower than that of mild patients(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of E-cadherin and c-Met in gastric mucosa of patients with chronic gastritis of different gender and age(P>0.05);There was no significant correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and c-Met in gastric mucosa(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of E-cadherin in gastric mucosa of chronic gastritis is down-regulated,while the expression of c-Met is up-regulated,which are related to the degree of disease.
