As the public library with the largest collection of ancient books in Dongguan City,Guancheng Library has been committed to the collection,collation,protection,promotion and publication of ancient books for more than ten years,and has been widely praised by the industry and society.This paper expounds the characteristics and sources of the ancient books collected by the library,as well as the practice and new attempt in the protection and promotion of the ancient books.It is a comprehensive and systematic carding of the ancient books collected by the library,and has certain reference significance for later researchers.
