摘要
针对一种立式132kW两级屏蔽式电泵(简称高温高压屏蔽泵)转子轴头螺栓,利用Ansys Workbench进行强度分析计算,得到高温高压屏蔽泵轴头螺栓在冷、热态下Mises应力分布云图,并在原有螺栓结构的基础上进行了优化。对提高高温高压屏蔽电泵轴头螺栓寿命及整机运行安全性、可靠性,具有重要参考价值。
Aiming at a 132 kW two-pole vertical canned motor pump(hereinafter referred to as high-temperature high-pressure canned motor pump),the strength analysis and calculation of its rotor shaft head bolt are performed by Ansys workbench to obtain the Mises stress distribution cloud images of the bolt under cold and hot states,and the optimization of it is carried out based on original bolt structure.It has important reference value to improve the life of shaft head bolts of high-temperature high-pressure canned motor pump as well as the safety and reliability of the whole machine.
