从“在线教学胜任力”到“双线混融教学胜任力” 被引量:143

From online teaching competency to integration of both online and offline teaching competency

摘要 新冠疫情的出现,"迫使"人们提前进入到教育与技术全面"融合"的新时代,"双线混融教学"也在这一新背景下应运而生,随之而来的是教师教学胜任力所面临的新挑战。本文试图将在线教学和混合式教学推进到"双线混融教学",从数字胜任力、在线教学胜任力、混合教学胜任力深入到"双线混融教学胜任力";通过对"双线混融教学"的概念厘清与意蕴深挖以及"双线混融教学胜任力"的核心构成剖析,进一步揭示其间所隐含的从"混合"到"融合",再到"共生"的教学演进逻辑;以教师教学"能力"为核心,提出"双线混融教学胜任力",即"混融胜任力",具体包括"观念混融力"和"方法混融力",进而在辨析其核心能力构成要素的同时也凸显出"混融胜任力"相较于"在线教学胜任力"和"混合教学胜任力"在"变与不变"基础上的基本演进脉络。 The outbreak of COVID-19 has unexpectedly drawn the world into a new era of profound integration of technology and education,hence bringing forth the issue of effective integration of both online and offline teaching competency,a new challenge to teachers.This paper attempts to address the transformation from teachers’digital competency,to online teaching competency,to blended teaching competency and to the integration of both online and offline teaching competency.By clarifying the concept and connotation of the integration of both online and offline teaching competency,the authors further reveal the evolution from a blended approach to an integrated one and then to a symbiotic one.The fundamental components of the core competencies are clarified about the integration of online and offline teaching competency.
