摘要
介绍了一种铺设于广州市地铁14号线知识城支线的嵌入式连续支承轨道系统。结合2017年和2019年的现场测试数据,对比分析了嵌入式连续支承轨道系统与普通扣件式轨道系统的轮轨粗糙度、车辆动力学性能、轨道结构减振和噪声性能等性能指标。结果表明:嵌入式连续支承轨道系统几何形位保持良好,日常维护工作量小,减振、降噪性能保持稳定。利用嵌入式连续支承轨道系统培训线进行的维修培训和维修演练,解决了该轨道系统运营过程中的养护维修的问题。
A type of continuously supported embedded rail track system that applied to Guangzhou Metro Line 14 construction is introduced.Through data collected from field tests in 2017 and 2019,performance indicators such as the wheel/rail roughness,vehicle dynamic performance,track structure vibration and noise reduction performance between continuously supported embedded rail track system and common fastening track system are compared and analyzed.Results show that the continuously supported embedded rail track system has good geometry positioning,low daily maintenance workload,and stability in vibration and noise reduction performance.Through maintenance training and drill on the continuously supported embedded rail track system training line,the track system maintenance problems during operation are solved.
