一种移动式转向架回转阻力系数测试台设计与仿真研究

摘要 提出了一种移动式转向架回转阻力系数测试台设计方案。相比于实验室的传统试验台,移动式测试台移动灵活且组装拆卸方便。基于此移动式测试台,利用仿真软件研究了车体与转向架的相对转动角速度、空气弹簧状态,以及其他悬挂元件对回转阻力系数的影响。对测试台本身的摩擦特性进行了相应研究。 In this paper,the design of a mobile test bench for bogie rotational resistance coefficient is put forward.Compared to the traditional test machine,it features flexible movement,convenient assembly and disassembly.Based on the new mobile test bench,the relative rotational angular velocity,the state of air springs and the influence of other suspension components on the rotation resistance coefficient between the car body and bogie are studied with simulation software.The frictional properties of the test bench are studied at the same time.
