社会组织参与“一带一路”建设实践及优化模式——基于青海省的个案研究

Research on the Optimized Model of Social Organizations Participating in the"Belt and Road"Construction--A Case Study Based on Qinghai Province

随着"一带一路"建设的总体推进,社会组织融入"一带一路"建设的领域不断拓展深化,政策沟通、设施联通、能源贸易互通、人文交流民心相通、生态文明建设都取得阶段性成果;政府、企业和社会组织等多元主体共同参与模式也逐渐呈现并加强。本文通过梳理青海社会组织融入"一带一路"建设的成果基础、优势领域,着重探讨了完善青海社会组织深度参与"一带一路"建设的优化模式,以期为实现社会组织在"一带一路"建设"走出去"过程中扬长避短、行稳致远提供可行性借鉴。

With the overall advancement of the “Belt and Road”construction,Qinghai Province has continued to expand and deepen its integration into the “Belt and Road”construction.Most fields,such as policy communication,facility connectivity,energy and trade interoperability,cultural exchanges and ecological civilization have achieved phase results.The multi-participation model of the government,enterprises and social organizations has gradually emerged and strengthened.By sorting out the achieved foundations and advantageous areas of Qinghai social organizations'integration into the“Belt and Road”construction,this paper focuses on exploring the optimized model for improving Qinghai social organizations'further participating in the“Belt and Road”construction.
