Governance is a process that solves the problems in the public domain.The analysis of factors affecting governance has its own importance.As a product of interdependence and common development between countries brought about by economic globalization,transnational governance has its own uniqueness.This article focuses on the factors that affect the transnational governance of Changjitu Pilot Zone,and analyzes the specific functions and effects of these influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for the development and opening of Changjitu Pilot Zone.
