摘要
伴随着知识经济时代的到来,人事管理成为企业发展、进步、繁荣、兴盛的关键,而且对企业的正常管理与经营起着突出的重要作用。现代企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出就必须要改革传统的人事管理方式,在这个过程中形成强劲的核心竞争力。人才是企业竞争过程中最有力的资源,而激励机制的建立能够创造出人性化和科学化的工作环境,满足员工的需求,促使更多具有高素质高能力的人才留在企业中推动企业在激烈的市场竞争中生存和进步。对于现代航空企业的人事管理中若是缺乏完整和有效的激励机制则导致员工无法发挥出大部分的潜能和工作效率。部分航空企业对于员工激励机制并没有充分的认识和了解到重要性,因此仍然使用过去的人事管理模式和激励方法,导致有相当一部分员工在工作的过程中无法充分发挥出自己的工作实力和积极性,不仅会让工作的效率大大下降,同时也导致员工对于企业的忠诚度和归属感降低。本文通过对员工激励机制在现代航空企业人事管理中的应用进行研究,针对其中存在的问题进行探讨和分析,并根据问题提出相应的科学化建议与策略,最终促使现代航空企业提高人事管理有效性并留住更多的人才。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,personnel management has become the key to the development,progress,and prosperity of enterprises,and it has played an important role in the normal management and operation of enterprises.If modern enterprises want to stand out in the fierce market competition,they must reform the traditional personnel management methods,and form a strong core competitiveness in this process.Talent is the most powerful resource in the process of enterprise competition,and the establishment of an incentive mechanism can create a humanized and scientific working environment,meet the needs of employees,and encourage more talents with high quality and ability to stay in the enterprises so as to promote the enterprises survive and progress in the fierce market competition.For the personnel management of modern aviation enterprises,the lack of a complete and effective incentive mechanism will cause employees to fail to realize most of their potential and work efficiency.Some aviation companies do not fully understand and understand the importance of the employee incentive mechanism,so they still use the old personnel management model and incentive methods,resulting in a considerable number of employees not giving full play to their work strength and enthusiasm in the work,which not only will greatly reduce the efficiency of work,but also lead to a reduction in employee loyalty and a sense of belonging to the company.This paper studies the application of employee incentive mechanism in the personnel management of modern aviation enterprises,discusses and analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding scientific suggestions and strategies according to the problems,which ultimately urges modern aviation enterprises to improve the effectiveness of personnel management And retain more talents.
