某大桥挂篮施工监测控制系统研究

摘要 挂篮施工作为当前我国桥梁建设中最常见的施工工艺,经常发生人身、质量安全事故。本文以某斜拉桥为研究对象,从挂篮施工监测内容、监测系统组成、监控器布置、监控软件及数据分析等多个角度出发,分析了大桥挂篮施工监测控制系统的布设及分析过程。分析结果表明:该系统可以对挂篮的风速、倾斜度、应力、拉伸量、监测点温度等数据实时监控,当数据超出安全值时可发出安全预警。该系统有效防止了挂篮安全事故的发生,保证了人身安全,提升了工程质量。 Hanging basket construction as the most common construction technology of bridge construction in our country,personal and quality safety accidents often happens to it.Taking a cable-stayed bridge in Jiangxi Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the layout and analysis process of the construction monitoring and control system of the hanging basket of the bridge from the aspects of monitoring content,monitoring system composition,monitor layout,monitoring software and data analysis.The results show that the system can monitor the data of wind speed,inclination,stress,stretching amount and monitoring point temperature of the cradle in real time,and send out safety warning when the data exceeds the safety value.The system effectively prevents the safety accident of hanging basket,ensures the personal safety and improves the engineering quality.
