摘要 通过对我国寒区水利水电工程施工建设情况的分析,当地高海拔、高维度及寒冷气候等因素对其具有一定程度的影响,造成产生很多的工程建设问题,对于水利水电工程有效发挥灌溉防洪及发电作用产生一定制约。基于此寒区水利水电工程建设企业应高度重视工程建设,与当地气候等因素相结合,提高设计的科学合理性及施工技术应用的可行性,加强寒区水利水电工程建设。本研究较深入地分析了寒区水利水电工程施工建设中的常见问题,并初步探讨了工程设计及关键施工技术,对于提高寒区水利水电工程施工质量具有十分积极的作用。 Through the analysis of the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in China’s cold regions,local factors such as high altitude,high dimension and cold climate have a certain degree of impact on it,causing many engineering construction problems,and effectively irrigating water conservancy and hydropower projects.Flood control and power generation have certain restrictions.Based on this cold water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction,enterprises should attach great importance to project construction,combining with local climate and other factors,improve the scientific rationality of the design and the feasibility of the application of construction technology,and strengthen the construction of cold water conservancy and hydropower projects.This study analyzes the common problems in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects in cold regions,and preliminarily discusses the engineering design and key construction technologies,which have a very positive effect on improving the construction quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects in cold regions.
