水利水电工程设计中的工程造价控制

Engineering Cost Control in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project Design

随着日益加快的城市化建设进程,社会对水利水电工程建设的要求不断提高。水利水电工程建设是与民生发展具有重要关系的一项重要工程,在其设计中严格控制工程造价的作用十分重要。工程造价的有效控制,不只使稳定有序地开展各项工作得到重要保证,还可使造价成本明显减低,企业明显提高经济效益,对于水利水电工程的可持续发展具有重要促进作用。本研究基于此对工程设计与工程造价之间的关系进行了分析,初步探讨了水利水电工程设计中的工程造价控制,并提出了工程造价控制的相应措施。

With the increasingly accelerated urbanization process,society’s requirements for the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects continue to increase.The construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects is an important project that has an important relationship with the development of people’s livelihood.It is very important to strictly control the cost of the project in its design.The effective control of the project cost not only guarantees the stable and orderly implementation of various tasks,but also significantly reduces the cost of the project,and the company significantly improves the economic benefits.It plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Based on this,this study analyzes the relationship between engineering design and engineering cost,preliminary discusses engineering cost control in water conservancy and hydropower engineering design,and proposes corresponding measures for engineering cost control.
