摘要
"双一流"建设背景下,各高校均把重心放在了人才引进方面,然而对引进后人才的科研绩效评价却关注不足。因此,本文通过专家咨询等方式从学术论文、著作、专利、成果获奖以及科研项目这五个维度建立了高校人才科研绩效评价指标体系,并使用直觉模糊层次分析法对其指标权重进行了确定,以期为高校人才科研绩效评价提供可参考性建议。
Under the background of"double first-class"construction,all colleges and universities put their emphasis on the introduction of talents,but they did not invest much in evaluating the performance of scientific research after the introduction of talents.Therefore,this article establishes the evaluation index system of scientific research performance of university talents from the five dimensions of academic papers,works,patents,awards of achievements and scientific research projects through expert consultation and other methods,and uses intuitionistic fuzzy AHP to determine its index weight with a view to providing reference suggestions for the evaluation of talent research performance in universities.
