Research on the Ultrasonic Measurement of Residual Stresses in Aluminum Alloy Draft Sill and Buffer Beam Structure after Welding

摘要 采用超声波法和盲孔法分别对铝合金牵缓结构相应焊接工艺的对接焊、角接焊试件进行了焊接残余应力测试研究,通过对比,验证了超声波法测试焊接残余应力的可靠性;采用超声波法对牵缓结构关键部位焊接残余应力进行了测试,并对其焊接残余应力水平及分布规律进行了评估。 The ultrasonic method and the blind-hole method are used respectively to research the measurement of residual stresses in the test pieces of aluminum alloy draft sill and buffer beam structure after butt welding or fillet welding.The reliability of ultrasonic method to measure the residual stress after welding is verified after comparison.The ultrasonic method is used to measure the residual stresses in key parts of the draft sill and buffer beam structure,and the level and distribution pattern of residual stresses after welding are evaluated.
