藏药猪毛蒿精油质量标准研究

Studies on the quality standard of Artemisia Scoparia Oil

目的:建立猪毛蒿精油质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对猪毛蒿精油进行定性鉴别;采用气相色谱法测定精油中丁香酚的含量。结果:薄层色谱法斑点明显,分离度好。丁香酚进样量在0.04656~0.4656μg范围内与峰面积值具有良好的线性关系,r=0.99999,平均加样回收率为101.2%,RSD为1.9%(n=6)。结论:建立的方法专属性强、准确、可靠,重现性好,可用于猪毛蒿精油的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Artemisiae Scopariae Oil.Methods The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Artemisia Scoparia Oil.GC-MS was used to determine Eugenol.Results Thin layer chromatography was clear with good separable degree.The linera range for Eugenol was 0.04656~0.4656μg,(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 101.2%,RSD was 1.9%.Conclusion The established methods were accurate,reliable,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Artemisia Scoparia Oil.
