中西医结合治疗肾性贫血30例临床观察

30 Cases of Renal Anemia Treated with the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical Observation

目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾性贫血(RA)的临床疗效。方法:选取肾性贫血患者60例,分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组予促红素(EPO)及铁剂,观察组在对照组基础上加用健脾柔肝中药,观察治疗前后临床症状缓解情况,监测治疗前后血常规、血清铁蛋白、转铁饱和度、肾功能,比较两组治疗前后症状积分,并统计疗效。结果:两组治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血清铁蛋白、转铁饱和度水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),血肌酐、尿素氮水平均较前下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血清铁、转铁饱和度水平高于对照组,血清肌酐、尿素氮水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率90.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗肾性贫血疗效确切,可改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on renal anemia(RA).Methods 60 patients with renal anemia were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given EPO and iron.The observation group was treated with spleen strengthening and liver softening drugs on the basis of syndrome differentiation in the control group.The clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.The blood routine,serum ferritin,iron saturation and renal function were monitored before and after treatment Points,and statistical efficacy.Results After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,hematocrit,serum ferritin and transferiron saturation in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,hematocrit,serum iron and transferiron saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).the total effective rate was 96.7%in the observation group and 90.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is effective in the treatment of renal anemia,which can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
