黄连滴眼液雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗湿热证干眼的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Huanglian Eye Drops Atomization Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on the Treatment of Damp-heat Dry Eye Disease

目的:观察黄连滴眼液雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对湿热证干眼的临床疗效。方法:选取湿热证干眼患者60例,按就诊时间随机分为两组:对照组30例运用生理盐水雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼;治疗组30例运用黄连滴眼液雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼,用药频次为4次/d,对照组和治疗组分别治疗7 d后复诊。并对治疗前后患者主观症状及客观体征(泪膜破裂时间)进行对比评价。结果:治疗后治疗组临床症状评分明显低于对照组,BUT明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和治疗组患者的总有效率在治疗后分别为56.7%(17/30)和86.7%(26/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连滴眼液雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对湿热证干眼的主观症状及客观体征的改善作用较单纯使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液更为明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Huanglian eye drops Atomization combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on the treatment of Damp-heat dry eye disease compared to pure sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the clinical treatment of Damp-heat dry eye disease.Methods 60 patients diagnosed as Damp-heat dry eye disease were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each,the control group and the combined group.The control group was given treatment of normal saline Atomization combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops;the combined group was given Huanglian eye drops Atomization combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops treatment.All patients were given treatment by four times per days and had been lasting for 7 days.Before and after treatment,Determination of tear break up time(BUT)and subjective symptoms between two groups were statistically compared.Results After treatment,the score of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,BUT was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group(86.7%)was significantly higher than that in control group(56.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Huanglian eye drops Atomization combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops is more effective than the use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the clinical treatment of Damp-heat dry eye disease,which is worth to be spread.
