2017~2019年北京大学国际医院住院药房麻醉药品使用情况分析

Analysis on the use of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacies at Peking University International Hospital from 2017 to 2019

目的了解北京大学国际医院住院药房麻醉药品的使用情况及其变化趋势,为麻醉药品在某院的科学管理和合理使用提供参考。方法调取医院信息系统2017~2019年麻醉药品使用数据并对其进行统计分析。结果某院麻醉药品的销售金额逐年增长,增速趋于稳定;手术及术后镇痛使用的麻醉药品用量大,销售金额高,DDDs排名靠前,DDC较高,其中瑞芬太尼的DDDs历年来一直排在首位;用于癌痛的麻醉药品以口服制剂为主,其中羟考酮缓释片用量较大,DDDs排名靠前,远超吗啡类制剂。芬太尼透皮贴的DDDs排名靠前;2019年B/A=1的品种高达56%,较前2年有大幅提高。结论北京大学国际医院住院药房麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但依然有不足之处,仍需加强管理。

Objective To understand the usage of narcotic drugs and their changing trends in inpatient pharmacies at Peking University International Hospital,and to provide reference for the scientific management and rational use of narcotic drugs in our hospital.Methods Collecting and analyzing statistically the data of narcotic drugs in our hospital information system from 2017 to 2019.Results The sales amount of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year,and the growth rate was stable.The amount of narcotic drugs used in surgery and postoperative analgesia was large,the sales amount was high.DDDs ranked high,DDC was higher,among which remifentanil DDDs had been ranked first over this years.The narcotic drugs used for cancer pain are mainly oral preparations,among which the dosage of oxycodone sustained release tablets is large,and DDDs ranks high,far ahead of morphine.Fentanyl transdermal paste ranked high in the DDDs.The number of varieties that B/A=1 in 2019 is as high as 56%,which is a significant improvement over the previous two years.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in inpatient pharmacies at Peking University International Hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still shortcomings and still need to be strengthened.
