泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及其对并发症的预防效果

Effect of foam sclerosing agent on varicose veins of lower extremities and its prevention of complications

目的探讨泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及其对并发症的预防效果。方法选取80例下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用大隐静脉剥脱术,试验组采用泡沫硬化剂辅助大隐静脉主干剥脱术治疗。比较两组患者临床效果及静脉曲张程度、术后恢复效果及疾病复发率、并发症发生率。结果①试验组治疗总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗后,两组静脉曲张程度分级(CEAP程度分级)有所降低,且试验组更优于对照组,试验组静脉严重程度评分(VCSS评分)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);③试验组并发症发生率(2.5%)、复发率(5.3%)低于对照组(20.0%、25.8%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张,具有较好的临床效果,可缓解静脉曲张严重程度,降低复发率,预防并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of foam sclerosing agent on varicose veins of lower extremities and its preventive effect on complications.Methods Eighty patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group was treated with saphenous vein stripping.The experimental group was treated with saphenous vein stripping combined with foam sclerosing agent.Compare the clinical effects and varicose veins,postoperative recovery and disease recurrence rate,and complication rate between the two groups.Results(1)The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment(95.0%)was higher than that of the control group(77.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the two groups The grading of varicose veins was reduced,and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The venous severity score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The complication rate of the experimental group(2.5%)、the recurrence rate(5.3%)was lower than that of the control group(20.0%,25.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foam sclerosing agent has a good clinical effect in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities,which can alleviate the severity of varicose veins,reduce the recurrence rate and prevent the occurrence of complications.
