血必净注射液在重症肺炎治疗中的作用探讨

Discussion on the role of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia

目的探讨重症肺炎患者采用血必净注射液治疗的临床疗效及应用价值。方法研究对象选取2016年1月~2019年12月ICU重症病房收治的重症肺炎患者50例,随机进行分组,对照组患者25例采用抗感染及机械通气治疗,观察组患者25例加用血必净注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效,记录两组患者相应症状改善时间,比较两组患者治疗前后炎症因子及免疫功能相关指标。结果观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者机械通气时间(130.24±11.67)h、白细胞指标恢复正常时间(7.21±1.14)d、抗生素用药时间(12.88±4.05)d、ICU总住院时间(15.31±2.17)d均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者TNF-α水平为(14.24±0.37)mg/L、IL-6水平为(76.59±11.34)pg/L、CD4^+/CD8^+为(1.71±0.15)、NK细胞相对活性为(0.25±0.02),均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患者通过血必净注射液治疗效果确切,能够调节患者炎症因子,强化免疫功能,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the role of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods 50 patients with severe pneumonia from the ICU intensive care unit in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Based on anti-infection and mechanical ventilation,they were randomly divided into groups:25 patients in the control group and 25 patients in the observation group treated with Xuebijing injection,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups,recorded the improvement time of the corresponding symptoms in the two groups of patients,and compared the inflammatory factors and immune function related indexes before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation in the observation group(130.24±11.67)h,normal white blood cell index(7.21±1.14)d,antibiotic administration time(12.88±4.05)d,and total ICU hospital stay(15.31±2.17)d were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α(14.24±0.37)μg/L,IL-6(76.59±11.34)pg/L,CD4^+/CD8^+(1.71±0.15),and NK cell relative activity(0.25±0.02)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Severe pneumonia patients with Xuebijing injection have a definite treatment effect,which can regulate patients’s inflammatory factors,strengthen immune function,and promote patient recovery.
