山海丹颗粒治疗冠心病的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Shanhaidan granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的观察山海丹颗粒治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院心内科符合诊断标准的冠心病(CHD)患者110例。口服山海丹颗粒,4周为1个疗程,服用3个疗程,采用自身前后对照的方法,根据服药前后各项指标的变化情况评价疗效。结果用药3个疗程后,患者心率低于治疗前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者收缩压和舒张压明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者心电图(ECG)总有效率为81.82%,心脏彩超左室射血分数(LVEF)总有效率79.09%。结论山海丹颗粒能够明显改善冠心病患者的临床症状、心电图和LVEF,治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shanhaidan granule in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 110 patients with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed in the first affiliated hospital of China medical university were recruited in this study.The patients were treated with Shanhaidan granules for 3 courses,and 4 weeks as a courses.The efficacy was evaluated according to changes in various indicators before and after taking the drugs.Results After three courses treatment,the heart rate of the patients was lower than that before the treatment,and the difference was no significant(P>0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the patients were significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The ECG total effective rate was81.82%and the LVEF total effective rate was 79.09%.Conclusion Shanhaidan granule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,ECG and Echocardiography of patients with Coronary heart disease.The effect is significant and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
