项目引领的实训教学模式探索与实践--以成都航空职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Project-oriented Practical Training Mode--Taking Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic as an Example

产教融合是职业教育现代化建设的趋势,许多高职院校和企业虽开展校企合作共建实训基地,但由于多方面原因,造成实训教学质量和效果欠佳.本文首先对目前校企合作共建实训教学存在的问题进行阐述,再对成都航空职业技术学院与四川驼峰通用航空有限公司校企联合开展的基于项目引领的实训教学模式进行分析和实践,以实现提升实训教学质量,培养通航产业复合型技术技能人才的教学目标.

Industry-education integration is the trend of modernization of vocational education.Although many higher vocational colleges and enterprises have carried out college-enterprise cooperation to build training bases,the quality and effect of practical training are poor due to various reasons.First,this paper expounds the problems existing in practical trainings jointly constructed by colleges and enterprises.Then this paper analyzes the project-oriented practical training mode jointly carried out by Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic and Sichuan Tuofeng General Aviation Co.,Ltd.so as to achieve the teaching objective of improving the quality of practical training and cultivating versatile technical talents in general aviation industry.
