摘要 以直升机某复合材料工字梁为研究对象,采用数值模拟技术对其进行树脂填充并模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:当注射压力为3.01Bar时,渗透率参数越大,填充时间越短。选用Group1作为注胶口,可获得较佳的注射效果,最佳的填充时间为291s。根据仿真结果,完成并优化了工字梁工件成型模具设计和制造,采用RTM成型工艺制备了复合材料工字梁工件,并验证了其制造可行性。工字梁注胶过程实际填充时间为4min-5min,其模拟结果与实际制造过程结果吻合。采用PAM-RTM软件对复合材料零件进行模拟仿真,能有效缩短零件研制周期。 This paper researches into a composite I-beam of helicopter,adopting numerical simulation technique for resin filing and simulation.The simulation results shows that when the injection pressure is 3.01Bar,the larger the permeability parameter,the shorter the filling time.The selection of Group 1 as the injection port can yield better injection effect,the optimal filling time being 291s.Based on the simulation results,the design and manufacture of I-beam work-piece forming mold is completed and optimized.RTM technology is adopted to manufacture composite I-beam,its manufacturing feasibility also verified.The actual filling time in the injection process of I-beam is 4 min to 5 min,the simulation results complying with the results of actual manufacturing process.The simulation of composite parts by using PAM-RTM software can effectively shorten the development cycle of parts.
