摘要
LVDT传感器是航空电子系统中常用的传感器之一,而无人机地面站测试设备需要仿真LVDT的输出特性.本文设计了基于VCA822芯片的LVDT传感器仿真卡,可以实现在LVDT激励下的仿真信号输出,实现和值和差值信号的输出,输出信号与激励同步,控制精度高,可直接与工控机相连,便于实现自动测试系统.经过实验测试,能够满足航空电子自动测试系统使用需求,同时可以拓展至其他同类传感器.
Linear Variable Differential Transformer(LVDT)sensor is one of the commonly used sensors in avionic system,and the test equipment of UAV ground station needs to simulate the output characteristics of LVDT.In this paper,a LVDT sensor simulation card based on VCA822 chip is designed,which can realize the output of simulation signal under LVDT excitation,and the output of the sum-value and difference-value signals.The output signal synchronizes with the excitation,rendering high control precision.The direct connection with industrial computer makes it easy to realize automatic test system.Experimental tests show that it can meet the requirements of avionic automatic test system and can also be applied to other similar sensors.
