民航客舱服务中的新冠病毒防疫与卫生安全

新型冠状病毒疫情全球蔓延对经济发展和社会运行造成了巨大冲击,给民航运输卫生安全带来严峻挑战.为了严控航运病毒传播,民航服务中应做好全流程卫生防疫,包括旅客登机前的卫生检查、起飞准备阶段的病毒防疫宣传、飞机航行中的病毒防控以及航行间隙的消毒检查.当飞行途中出现突发疫情时,要做好病发旅客的隔离,最大限度保障乘机旅客安全.应对航运疫情风险,空乘人员要提升卫生防疫意识,增补民航客舱医疗卫生物资储备,借助大数据管理建立病毒防控体系,加强各主体之间的协作与配合,逐渐形成规范化制度,建立长效可行的客舱卫生防疫机制.

The global spreading of 2019-nCoV epidemic has huge impact on economic development and social functioning,which brings serious challenges to health safety in civil aviation transportation.In order to prevent and control virus spreading in fight,efforts should be made regarding epidemic prevention in the whole process of aviation service,including pre-boarding health inspection of passengers,virus prevention broadcasting in take-off preparation,in-flight virus prevention and control,and disinfection and inspection during flight clearance.When there is a sudden epidemic situation during flight,the sick passengers should be isolated to ensure the safety of other passengers.To cope with epidemic risk in civil aviation industry,it is necessary to improve the awareness of epidemic prevention among flight attendants,replenish the stock of medical and health supplies in civil aviation cabins,establish a virus prevention and control system with the help of big data management,strengthen the collaboration and cooperation among the main bodies,gradually form a standardized system,and establish a feasible long-term mechanism for health and epidemic prevention in cabin services.
