摘要
纺织品不同的表面结构可通过织造、缝合或毡合等工艺技术实现,窄幅织物也可以采用编织的方法加工。这些工艺技术最初都是采用手工加工,然后进一步发展为机器加工。钩编是机器无法完成的极少数手工制作技术之一(“钩编机”是仅用于窄幅织物的经编机,其他钩编机只能用空气针钩编)。使用真正的钩编机可以生产其他电子控制的纺织设备无法生产的新型织物结构。目前,德国Bielefeld应用科技大学已制造出世界上第一台钩编原型机。
Textile surfaces can be generated,for example,by weaving,stitching or felting;narrow textiles can also be braided.These technologies were always first developed in a manual version and later converted into a machine-based one.Crocheting is one of the very few hand-crafting techniques that are not yet possible by machine(the so-called“crochet machine”is a warp-knitting machine for narrow textiles,other so-called crochet machines can only crochet air stitches)—although with a real crocheting machine the production of completely new structures would be possible which nowadays cannot be produced by other electronically controlled textile machines.The first crocheting machine in the world has now been built as a prototype at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences.
