《现代常用字部件及部件名称规范》的问题及改进建议

Problems in Specifications of Common Modern Chinese Character Components and Component Names and Suggestions for Improvement

《现代常用字部件及部件名称规范》为汉字教育、辞书编纂、汉字信息处理等提供了重要参照依据。语言文字规范应根据语言文字发展变化及使用需求加以修订,汉字标准及信息化程度的提高也对各相关规范间的照应性提出更高要求。《部件规范》在部件的设立、命名以及与《汉字部首表》的照应性上尚存不足,主要表现为主附形的设立不够合理,部件拆分粗细不一,缺少必要部件,"按部位命名"的定义存在歧义,个别名称不够精准,主附形的设立与《部首表》不相匹配。针对上述问题,提出相应改进建议,为《部件规范》及相关规范的完善提供科学依据。

Specifications of Common Modern Chinese Character Components and Component Names provides an important reference for Chinese character education,lexicography,and Chinese character information processing.The standard of language and characters should be revised according to the development and change of language and characters,and the improvement of the standard of Chinese characters and the level of informatization also put forward higher requirements for the reference between the relevant specifications.And there are still some deficiencies in the establishment and naming of components and the correspondence with The Table of Indexing Chinese Character Component,which are mainly manifested in the unreasonable establishment of the main component and the accessory component,the difference in the thickness of the component split,the lack of necessary components,the ambiguity in the definition of“naming by parts”,the lack of accuracy in some names,and the mismatch between the establishment of the main component and the accessory component.In view of the above problems,some corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide scientific basis for the improvement of the document and the related specifications.
