With the development of the socioeconomic and network environment in which young people grow up,the authority and effectiveness of traditional ideological and political education have been impacted.In order to increase its attractiveness and influence,new models and methods must be explored.The main point of Bandura s social learning theory is to emphasize the influence of environment and others,especially peer group on individual thoughts and behaviors,which clarifies the validity basis of peer-guided ideological and political education theoretically.The exemplary role model of peers can be achieved through formulating individual and upward educational content,creating diverse and three-dimensional impact fields,and forming dynamic and sustainable evaluation,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
