班杜拉社会学习理论视角下朋辈引导式思想政治教育的实现 被引量:10

摘要 随着青少年成长的社会经济环境和网络环境的发展,传统思想政治教育工作的权威和实效受到冲击,要提高思想政治教育的吸引力和影响力就要探索新模式、新方法。班杜拉社会学习理论要点在于强调环境和他人特别是朋辈同伴对个体思想和行为的影响,在学理上厘清了朋辈引导式思想政治教育的有效性依据。朋辈引导式思想政治教育可以通过制定个性、向上的教育内容,打造多元、立体的影响场域,形成动态、可持续的评价等路径来激活朋辈榜样示范功能,提升思想政治教育实效。 With the development of the socioeconomic and network environment in which young people grow up,the authority and effectiveness of traditional ideological and political education have been impacted.In order to increase its attractiveness and influence,new models and methods must be explored.The main point of Bandura s social learning theory is to emphasize the influence of environment and others,especially peer group on individual thoughts and behaviors,which clarifies the validity basis of peer-guided ideological and political education theoretically.The exemplary role model of peers can be achieved through formulating individual and upward educational content,creating diverse and three-dimensional impact fields,and forming dynamic and sustainable evaluation,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
