随着我国社会的不断发展,国家的建筑项目发展的速度也在逐渐加快,但工程管理模式仍存在很多的不足,需要不断地进行强化和改善,在提高我国建筑工程水平的同时,促进我国建筑行业的健康蓬勃发展。论文着重从建筑工程管理模式的重要性、现状及创新发展的路径进行研究和分析,希望给工程人员提供一定的帮助和参考。

With the continuous development of China's society,the speed of the development of national construction projects is gradually accelerating,but there are still many deficiencies existing in the project management mode,which need to be continuously strengthened and improved,while improving the level of China's construction projects,promoting the healthy and vigorous development of China's construction industry.This paper focuses on the importance,current situation and innovative development path of construction project management mode,hoping to provide some help and reference for engineering personnel.
