Research on Control and Management Strategies of Technical Documents for Product Development Projects

产品开发项目的研发质量管理包括设计控制、设计转换、更改控制、技术文件控制四个方面。其中,技术文件的控制贯穿整个产品开发过程。技术文件对于产品开发项目本身以及产品整个生命周期甚至企业经营而言都非常重要。论文分析了技术文件管理的必要性,对技术人员本身以及管理层面两个方面存在的问题进行了分析,并提出对技术文件进行控制管理的策略与方法。

The research and development quality management of product development projects includes four aspects,namely design control,design conversion,change control and technical document control.Among them,the technical documents control runs through the whole product development process.Technical documents are very important for the product development projects themselves,the whole life cycle of the products and even the enterprise operation.This paper analyzes the necessity of technical documents management,analyzes the problems existing in two aspects,that is,technicians themselves and management level,and puts forward the strategies and methods of the control and management of technical documents.
