摘要
人才资源是企业核心竞争力的重要体现,国有企业改革发展需要发挥人才的激励作用。党建人才是国有企业的“根”和“魂”,对于党建人才的建设任何时候都不能放松,须下大力气解决。论文分析了党建人才的发展现状、存在的问题及产生的原因,并提出对应的建设路径,不断推动基层党务工作者专业化、规范化、职业化,为国有企业党建人才建设提供借鉴。
The human resources are important embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and the reform and development of state-owned enterprises need to give full play to the incentive role of human resources.Party building talents are the"root"and"soul"of state-owned enterprises,the construction of Party building talents can not be relaxed at any time,we must make great efforts to solve.This paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the development of Party building talents,and puts forward corresponding construction paths to constantly promote the professionalization and standardization of grassroots Party affairs workers,providing reference for the construction of Party building talents in state-owned enterprises.
