国有企业作为国民经济的重要支柱,是推进国家现代化发展的重要力量,肩负着重大历史使命和责任。论文基于在建立健全法人治理结构、完善治理机制过程中的探索实践,总结经验和启示,为构建以中国特色现代国有企业治理结构为核心的治理体系,打造符合中国特色现代国有企业制度要求、满足市场监管要求、促进企业可持续健康发展的法人治理结构提供参考。

As an important pillar of the national economy,state-owned enterprises are an important force to promote the modernization of the country and shoulder major historical missions and responsibilities.Based on the exploration and practice in the process of constructing and improving the corporate governance structure and improving the governance mechanism,this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment.This paper provides some reference for the construction of a governance system centered on the governance structure of modern state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics,the construction of a corporate governance structure that meets the requirements of modern state-owned enterprise system with Chinese characteristics,meets the requirements of market supervision and management,and promotes the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
