基于产教园的产业人才产教融合培养机制探索

Exploration on the Industry-Education Integrated Cultivation Mechanism of Industrial Talents Based on Industry and Education Park

高职院校产教园在产业持续转型升级的形势下,应加强校企双方优势互补,培养适应专业目标、岗位需求和产业发展的技术技能型人才。论文以苏州工业园区服务外包职业学院为例,分析现阶段产教园建设发展中面临的主要问题,探讨打造具有高职特色的核心竞争力、企业驱动力、产教融合合作机制、校企文化交融等应对策略。

Under the situation of continuous industrial transformation and upgrading,the industry and education park of higher vocational colleges should strengthen the complementary advantages of both the school and the enterprise,so as to cultivate technical and skilled talents that can meet the professional goals,post demands and industrial development.Taking the Suzhou Industrial Park Institute of Services Outsourcing as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems facing the construction and development of the industry and education park at the present stage,and discusses the countermeasures such as creating the core competitiveness with higher vocational characteristics,the driving force of enterprises,the cooperation mechanism of industry and education integration,and the integration of school-enterprise culture.
