随着社会主义市场经济制度的完善,国家对于老年人的关注度逐渐提升。我国正在逐步建立健全政府、国家以及个人的养老保险体系,努力保障老年人生活。截至2005年底,全国的养老保险参与人数约1.75亿人,其中仅有4000万退休人员享受养老保险待遇。显然我国的养老问题已经成为一大重点,如何保障老年人生活也成为一个亟待解决的问题。论文深入分析了老年人基本生活保障与公共养老基金可持续发展,为相关人员提供参考。

With the improvement of the socialist market economy system,China's attention to the elderly is gradually increasing.China is gradually establishing and improving the pension insurance system of the government,the state and individuals,and striving to secure the living standard of the elderly.By the end of 2005,there were about 175 million people participating in pension insurance nationwide,of which only 40 million retirees enjoyed pension insurance benefits.Obviously,China's pension problem has become a major focus,how to secure the living standard of the elderly has become an urgent problem to be solved.The paper deeply analyzes the basic living standard security of the elderly and the sustainable development of public pension funds,providing a reference for the relevant personnel.
