In this era of rapid social and economic development,the market competition faced by enterprises is very fierce.Therefore,in the internal of the enterprises,the enterprises also need to carry out relevant training for the workers,so that they can understand the internal problems that occur within the enterprises.At present,under the new normal,the stability maintenance work of letters and visits in enterprises is facing great challenges.It is necessary to vigorously publicize the importance of the stability maintenance work of letters and visits in enterprises,improve the professional quality of all workers,and avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon of illegal letters and visits.This paper summarizes the challenges faced by the stability maintenance work of letters and visits in enterprises,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
