摘要
加强对国有企业领导干部的培养是国有企业人才队伍建设中的重要工作。轮换机制的实施可以使国有企业在综合管理人才培养的过程中提高内部活力。论文探讨了国有企业领导干部轮岗交流的策略。
Strengthening the training of leading cadres in state-owned enterprises is an important work in the construction of talents team in state-owned enterprises.The implementation of rotation mechanism can improve the internal vitality of state-owned enterprises in the training process of comprehensive management talents.This paper discusses the strategies of the rotation and exchange of leading cadres in state-owned enterprises.
