Application of BIM Technology in Green Prefabricated Buildings

近年来,我国建筑工业化与信息化水平不断提高,对绿色建筑的发展起到了推进作用。论文通过对我国BIM技术、装配式建筑和绿色建筑的发展现状进行系统的归纳和总结,将三者融合发展模式进行价值分析。BIM技术应用到绿色装配式建筑中,能促进绿色建筑的发展,使装配式建筑有新的机遇,同时为BIM技术提供一个新平台,达到融合发展的目的,为基于BIM技术的绿色装配式建筑应用研究提供方向。

In recent years,the level of industrialization and informatization of China's buildings has been continuously improved,which has played a role in promoting the development of green buildings.This paper systematically summarizes the development status of our country's BIM technology,prefabricated buildings and green buildings,and analyzes the value of the three integrated development modes.The application of BIM technology to green prefabricated buildings can promote the development of green buildings and provide new opportunities for prefabricated buildings.Meanwhile,it provides a new platform for BIM technology to achieve the purpose of integrated development and provide direction for the application research of green prefabricated building based on BIM technology.
