摘要
介绍30.5L-32 ALS28钢丝帘线缓冲层林业轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1845 mm,断面宽750 mm,行驶面宽度758 mm,行驶面弧度高90 mm,胎圈着合直径812 mm,胎圈着合宽度685 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.702,人字形花纹,花纹深度32 mm,花纹饱和度32%,花纹周节数16。施工设计:胎面采用缠绕法成型,胎体采用10层1400dext/3V1锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用4层3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘布,采用半芯轮式成型机成型,胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸及胎面胶强度和耐磨性能达到设计和相应国家标准要求。
The design on 30.5L-32 ALS28 forest tire with steel cord breaker ply was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1845 mm,cross-sectional width 750 mm,width of running surface 758 mm,arc height of running surface 90 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 812 mm,bead width at rim seat 685 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)0.702,using chevron pattern,pattern depth 32 mm,block/total ratio 32%,and number of pattern pitches 16.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:winding molded tread,10 layers of dipped 1400dtex/3V1 nylon 66 cord for carcass,4 layers of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for breaker ply,using flat-core tire building machine to build tire,and bladder curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension of tire,strength and wear resistance of tread compound met the requirements of the design and relative national standards.
