桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板对老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板对老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取2012年3月至2019年3月北流市中医院收治的72例老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为传统组和接骨板组,各36例。传统组患者给予传统外支架固定治疗,接骨板患者组给予桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果;术前、术后14 d血清IL-6、TNF-α水平及术前、术后3个月腕关节功能改善情况。结果接骨板组治疗后临床总有效率为97.22%,高于传统组的83.33%(P> 0.05);与术前比,术后14 d两组患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且接骨板组低于传统组;术后3个月两组患者GartlandWerley评分均降低,且接骨板组低于传统组;Cooney腕关节功能评分均升高,且接骨板组高于传统组(均P <0.05)。结论桡骨远端T型锁定接骨板治疗可通过调节老年桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α水平更有效改善腕关节功能,其疗效与传统外支架固定治疗方式相当。
