摘要
本文主要以心理调整对恢复竞走运动员机体疲劳的重要性为重点进行阐述,结合当下青少年竞走运动员引起过度疲劳的原因为主要依据,以导致竞走运动员机体疲劳的主要因素、竞走运动员机体疲劳的表现、竞走运动员机体疲劳时的心理调整策略、恢复竞走运动员机体疲劳的常规方法这几方面进行深入探索与研究,其目的在于以充分发挥心理调整对恢复竞走运动员机体疲劳的作用,为竞走运动员摘得桂冠打下坚实基础。
This paper mainly focuses on the importance of psychological adjustment to recover the body fatigue of walking athletes,combining with the causes of excessive fatigue of young walking athletes as the main basis,in order to lead to the main factors of the body fatigue of walking athletes,the performance of mobilizing the body fatigue of Walking Athletes,the psychological adjustment strategies of the body fatigue of walking athletes,and the recovery of competition.The purpose is to give full play to the role of psychological adjustment in the recovery of walking athletes’ body fatigue and lay a solid foundation for walking athletes to win the laurel.
