摘要
本文采用文献综述的方式,分析拳击运动员在赛前的心理状况,以及在产生心理障碍的原因。赛前的心理波动就可能直接影响比赛结果。因此,运动员在比赛前所表现的精神状态,以及心理的反应状态都是可以专业训练调整的,只有将其调整到最佳状态,才有助于维持和促进运动员将自身的技能充分发挥。本文分析并提出了克服心理障碍的心理训练方法和手段,旨在为运动员赛前克服各类心理问题提供参考。
This article uses a literature review to analyze the psychological conditions of boxers before the game and the causes of psychological obstacles.The psychological fluctuations before the game may directly affect the result of the game.Therefore,systematic and scientific training of athletes’ mental state and mental state before the competition can promote their full use of their skills and tactics.This article analyzes and proposes psychological training methods and means to overcome psychological obstacles,in order to provide references for athletes to overcome various psychological problems before the game.
