摘要
核心力量训练法作为一种现代体能训练法,是体能训练的重要内容之一,其最初是作为医疗和健身的康复训练手段,之后逐渐应用于竞技体育领域。本文主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法,研究了核心力量训练对羽毛球杀球技术的影响,并根据前后无差别分组安排训练内容,经实验组和对照组12周训练后,对羽毛球专项力量素质指标、专项速度素质指标、正手杀球技术侧身举拍时刻、引拍到最低点时刻和挥拍击球时刻运动学特征、正手杀球技术躯干的运动特征进行分析。
As a modern physical fitness training method,the core strength training method is one of the important contents of physical fitness training.It was initially used as a rehabilitation training method for medical treatment and fitness,and then gradually applied to the field of competitive sports.This article mainly uses the literature data method,expert interview method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method to study the impact of core strength training on badminton killing technique,and arranges the training content according to the indiscriminate grouping before and after,after 12 weeks of training by the experimental group and the control group Afterwards,the badminton special strength quality index,special speed quality index,forehand killing technique sideways shooting time,lead time to the lowest point and swing hitting kinematics characteristics,forehand killing technology trunk movement characteristics analysis.
