摘要
核心力量存在于每一项体育运动中,对运动的方式、姿势等有着一定的稳定作用。教师在开展高职院校的体育学科的教学活动时,训练学生的核心力量,能够有效地提升学生的身体素质,使其更好地融入到体育训练中,达到预期的教学效果。因此,本文将重点探索进行核心力量训练的有效措施,旨在提升学生的专业素养,增强课堂实效性。
The core strength exists in every sports,which has a certain stable effect on the way and posture of sports.When teachers carry out the teaching activities of physical education in higher vocational colleges,training the core strength of students can effectively improve the physical quality of students,make them better integrated into physical training,and achieve the expected teaching effect.Therefore,this paper will focus on the exploration of effective measures for core strength training,in order to improve the professional quality of students and enhance the effectiveness of the classroom.
