摘要
对体育与非体育专业各20名大学生30s Wingate无氧功率测试结果进行分析,以了解他们各项指标之间的差异。研究结果:在测试中,他们的最大无氧功率、最小无氧功率、平均无氧功率、到达峰功值时间均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中最大无氧功率、平均无氧功率极具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。研究结果显示非体育专业大学生的最大无氧功率、最小无氧功率、平均无氧功率、无氧功率递减率均明显低于体育专业大学生,特别是最大无氧功率、平均无氧功率,到达峰功值时间高于体育专业,说明体育专业大学生具有较强的短时间内发挥机体最大工作能力并维持高功率耐力运动的能力,且无氧代谢能力高于非体育专业大学生,无氧功率变化具有启动速度快、功率大,峰功值出现早,峰值功率高。
The results of 30s Wingate anaerobic power test of 20 college students in sport and non-physical education were analyzed to find out the difference between them.Results:In the test,the maximum oxygen-free power,the minimum oxygen-free power,the average oxygen-free power and the time of reaching the peak power value had significant difference (P<0.05).The maximum oxygen-free power and the average oxygen-free power had significant difference (P<0.01).The results show that the maximum oxygen-free power,the minimum oxygen-free power,the average oxygen-free power and the oxygen-free power loss rate of the non-physical education college students are lower than that of the physical education the college students,in particular the maximum oxygen-free power,the average oxygen-free power,the time of reaching the peak power value are higher than that of the physical education,and the ability of the sports professional college students to exert the maximum working capacity of the machine body in a short time and to maintain the high-power endurance sports is explained,And the oxygen-free metabolic capacity is higher than that of the non-sports professional college students,and the oxygen-free power variation has the advantages of high starting speed,large power,early peak power value and high peak power.
