摘要
随着我国教育水平的提升,教育理念的转变,体育教学的问题引起了教育部门及社会群众的重视,这也间接地提高了对高校体育教师综合素质的要求。如果高校体育教师不具备较高的综合素质,那么也就无法真正地发挥体育教学的作用,诠释体育教学的价值,会影响到学生对体育的学习及参与程度,所以应在现实情况中对高校体育教师综合素质评价体系进行合理的构建,完善构建路径,明确教师综合素质的实际情况。据此,本文对相关问题进行分析,希望能够对现实有所裨益。
With the improvement of my country’s education level and the transformation of educational concepts,the problem of physical education has attracted the attention of the education department and the public,which indirectly raises the requirements for the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.If college physical education teachers do not have a high comprehensive quality,they will not be able to really play the role of physical education,and the value of physical education will be affected,which will affect the students’ learning and participation in physical education.The comprehensive evaluation system of physical education teachers should be reasonably constructed,the construction path should be improved,and the actual situation of the comprehensive quality of teachers should be clarified.Based on this,this article analyzes related issues and hopes to be of benefit to reality.
