新形势下关于大学体育理论课程的思考

Reflect on the course of physical education theory in the new situation

本文运用问卷调查法、文献法等,以湖北省普通高校为调查对象,对其体育理论课教学现状进行了调查。研究认为:(1)大学体育理论课是术课的重要补充,在肩负育人和培养终身体育意识上有着不可替代的作用。(2)目前湖北省普通高校的大学体育理论课程基本按照国家要求在开设。但存在教学形式单调、教学方法落后、教师学生态度消极等问题。建议:切实地重视大学体育理论课;改革既要突出学生主体,也要依据学科知识体系;多渠道拓展体育理论课教学与考核形式;结合本校特色,开发校本体育课。

Through the methods of questionnaire and literature,this paper investigates the current situation of physical education theory teaching in universities in Hubei Province.The results show that:(1) the theoretical course of college physical education is an important supplement to the technical course,which plays an irreplaceable role in educating people and cultivating the consciousness of lifelong physical education.(2) At present,the physical education theory courses in Colleges and universities of Hubei province are basically set up according to the national requirements.But there are some problems,such as monotonous teaching form,backward teaching method,negative attitude of teachers and students.Suggestions:we should pay more attention to the theoretical course of college physical education;the reform should not only highlight the main body of students,but also be based on the subject knowledge system;expand the teaching and assessment form of the theoretical course of physical education through multiple channels;develop the school-based physical education course in combination with the characteristics of the University.
