摘要
本研究以首钢篮球俱乐部为例,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地观察法,对其管理现状做系统的调查研究,分析问题并提出对策,帮助首钢俱乐部进一步提升管理水平。结果显示,首钢篮球俱乐部主要通过门票收入、合作权益开发、广告收入、纪念品等途径筹资;管理人员学历水平较高,工作年限也比较长,管理队伍较为稳定,场地设施资源保障条件好;俱乐部引入职业化的专业教练团队,完善梯队建设,完善体能训练和康复医疗,加强对梯队建设,启动"雏鹰计划"。目前,首钢篮球俱乐部管理中存在的问题主要是筹资机制不完善,外援引进方面仍亟待规范,组织架构不完善,建议完善俱乐部的筹资机制、引援机制,完善组织架构,增设财务部门。
Taking Shougang Basketball Club as an example,this study makes a systematic investigation and research on its management status by using the methods of literature,expert interview and field observation,analyzes the problems and puts forward some countermeasures to help the Shougang Club to further improve its management level.The results show that Shougang Basketball Club is mainly raised through ticket income,cooperative rights and interests development,advertising income,souvenir and so on;managers have a high educational level,long working years,stable management team and good conditions for ensuring venue and facilities resources;the club introduces a professional team of coaches,perfects echelon construction,perfects physical training and rehabilitation medical treatment,and strengthens For echelon construction,launch the"Eagle Project".At present,the main problems existing in the management of Shougang Basketball Club are that the financing mechanism is not perfect,the introduction of foreign aid is still in urgent need of standardization,and the organizational structure is not perfect.It is suggested that the fund-raising mechanism of the club should be improved,the mechanism of attracting aid should be improved,the organizational structure should be improved,and the financial department should be added.
