摘要
了解大学生在跑台递增运动运动中能量代谢指标的差异,为大学生日常体力活动提供参考价值。从在校大学生中随机选取30名受试者(其中男、女生各15名)作为研究对象,受试者先进行10min静息状态的测试,再进行跑台递增负荷运动,跑台速度分别设置为3km/h(慢走)、4km/h(轻松步行)、5km/h(正常步行)、6km/h(快走)、7km/h(慢跑)、5km/h+10%坡度(正常上坡走),每一速度下各活动5min,相邻两速度之间至少间歇5min,采用间接测热法进行能量代谢数据的采集。研究结果显示,不同性别的受试者在静息状态和跑台递增负荷运动中的能量代谢各指标都存在显著性差异,其中男生在能量消耗和摄氧量方面要高于女生,而女生在代谢当量和相对摄氧量方面要高于男生。建议大学生选择速度适中的上坡快步走的锻炼方式。
To understand the differences in energy metabolism indexes of college students during incremental exercise on the treadmill,to provide reference value for college students’daily physical activities.Thirty subjects(15 males and 15 females)were randomly selected from the college students as the research objects.The subjects were tested for a 10-minute resting state,and then the running load was increased.The running speed was set separately.3km/h(slow walking),4km/h(easy walking),5km/h(normal walking),6km/h(fast walking),7km/h(jogging),5km/h+10%slope(normal uphill Walking),each activity at each speed for 5min,at least 5min interval between two adjacent speeds,indirect calorimetry was used to collect energy metabolism data.The results of the study show that there are significant differences in the energy metabolism and various indicators of subjects of different genders in the resting state and the treadmill’s increasing load exercise.Among them,boys are higher than girls in terms of energy consumption and oxygen uptake,while girls in Metabolic equivalent and relative oxygen uptake were higher than boys.College students are advised to choose a moderate speed uphill and brisk walking exercise.
