摘要
近几年,竞技体育的发展速度持续加快,但是,由于不同阶段人的身体发育规律也存在一定的差异性,因此,在实际进行体育训练的过程中必须遵循相应的规律。在设置训练项目的过程中,要充分考虑运动员的身体负荷能力,使训练活动能够真正满足运动员的个性化发展需要,在此基础上提升运动员运动能力,同时促进运动员各方面的成长。
