摘要 良好的体育舞蹈训练方式,有利于促进运动员体能和能力的增强,体育竞技能力和综合艺术表演能力的结合,是体育舞蹈的项目特征,在对运动员进行舞蹈训练的过程中,有利于帮助运动员具有良好的身体节奏感、艺术表演能力,不断提高舞蹈运动员的表演效果和质量。同时,体育舞蹈训练中的有氧耐力训练,对促进运动员的全面发展起到积极作用和影响,有助于使运动员在连续工作的高强度负荷下,保持良好的心理素质和充沛的体能,让运动员更好发挥出自身的能力。 A good way of sports dance training is conducive to the enhancement of physical strength and ability of athletes.The combination of sports competitive ability and comprehensive artistic performance ability is the project feature of sports dance.In the process of dance training for athletes,it helps athletes to have a good sense of body rhythm,artistic performance ability,and constantly improve the table of dancers Performance and quality.At the same time,aerobic endurance training in sports dance training plays a positive role in promoting the all-round development of athletes.It helps athletes to maintain good psychological quality and abundant physical strength under the high-intensity load of continuous work,so that their athletes can better play their own abilities.
